I loved the books the ending made me cry but what I dont understand is why they couldnt choose a side like Heaven but not still have eachother? How would choosing a side take away from their love for eachother?

I LOVED this book overall it’s a GREAT book no doubt.
but I didn’t like how Luce and Daniel loss memory of everything. I mean, isn’t that want they wanted to stop Lucifer from doing. I loved the last few sentences in the epilogue, those were beautiful. I wanted Luce and Daniel to remember what they’ve been through. Daniel lost all memory about his life as an angel , so did Luce. I loved how Luce was in love in Lucifer. Lucifer the morning star. Lucinda is evening star.
