        1. When Movies are made in Sequel’s, generally the movies come out every 2 to 3 years. I don’t believe Torment was every made. Think how old the actors be by the final movie made every 4 years. Be using walkers in the last movie. Torment not being made.

Im here because i just watched it on fmovie . f I had no idea what it was about or that there were books OR that is was yet to release in the U.S. I just saw it and it reminds me of Twilight but I think the actress was much prettier than KS:) Interesting concept that mixes fiction with some biblical facts. I would be interested in watching the entire series if they make more. 4 out of 5 stars.

      1. Oh my god I loved the book and movie as well, but if you loved the Fallen series than you might like the Hush Hush Saga by Becca Fitzpatrick she is a great author and you should definently check her out and that goes for anyone else 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

      I just watched it there.
      Pop ups come up with you click on it but just exit out and it will play. Can’t find it there google the movie and go to the sites that end in two letters after the period. They all seem to have new movies.

    Really literally “eaten” the books one by one as I got them, and then read them again when I had the whole set. Thinking of reading it again before I get to the movie 🙂 Hoping it be as good as the books itself are 🙂

  101. I, like the over 100 before me am looking for when the movie will come to the US/Canada or anywhere it already isn’t really. Honestly, though, what is the point? It looks amazing. The book was good. Of all the comments and questions on here, I didn’t see a single reply with an answer. I am willing to bet, however, I will be bombarded with pointless emails that will just frustrate me until I can order it on dvd from china or something a year from now and then just be inevitably disappointed because I waited that long, it never came to the US, and by this point the build up is so huge… the only thing that can happen is disappointment.

      1. Apparently it’s coming to the UK on March 10th 2017 – unconfirmed by Lauren – but it’s on the BBFC website which is the site that rates all films before their release so should be official!

I would love to know when this is coming to America because I love the books, but I have given up all hope for the movies, it’s obvious by how long it’s taken just to get the first one released that there isn’t going to be any more movies that follow which is sad but I’m still excited to see this one even though there won’t be any more to finish out the story. I just reread all of the books, I got them for Christmas as I asked. I Bought the kindle editions long ago but wanted the actual books because I love them that much. It’s sad that the movies won’t be able to play out the rest of the story, it would have been beautiful.

  141. I know that my comment might go unnoticed but I’m going to leave it here anyway.

    I realize that so far it has not done amazing in the box office, because of the budget vs what you got back aspect. And I realize that it’s not your fault that you can’t give the fans what they want. Maybe you have a crap director who doesn’t know that by upping the budget just a smidge might actually be better so that you can have a proper releasing world wide. Do you realize how much hype has already been created and there are millions of teenager/young adult readers that love your books and are yearning for the day when they all turn into a movie because you are amazing at story telling and we want to see them come to life? With that noted, it might be a good idea to spend a little extra money, have a world release, tell people about it and we’ll spread the word faster than the plague in the 1800s. You would make your money back in no time at all, I’m sure of it.

    P.S. I might just be speaking for myself but if you were to at least release it on youtube or something, I would be more than willing to rent or pay in any way to watch the movie even if it doesn’t get a big release.

  173. One thing that’s consistent is there are tons of messages asking when it’s coming to the US and various countries but no responses to the questions and it’s very frustrating. I can only assume Lauren Kate does not know the answers as of when or if the movie is coming to the US or the other countries mentioned but if that’s the case then say that at least I feel like. Ignoring just pisses people off!

  197. Just watched the movie and it’s amazing! I read rumors–while searching for info on Torment, the second installment–that there’s not going to be anymore movies?! Is this true? How silly! I’m sure Netflix or Amazon can do something with these books, if the author is disappointed in leaks. It’s very naive and selfish to not continue this series to the big screen just bc the internet is getting in the way. It shouldn’t have been released in Asia first, to begin with. Wtf do I know, though.

  212. I just found out that this movie will not be released in Canada, well at least not at the same time as the US release on September 8th. I’m not sure if it will be released in Canada at all! So disappointed! I was really looking forward to seeing it in theatres. Usually when a film is released in the US, it is released simultaneously in Canada. I can’t believe this nonsense! 🙁

  221. Hello everyone. Fallen never made it to theaters here in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. However (www.cineplex.com) has it to rent online for $4.99 SD or $5.99 for HD. I really loved the movie I hope they are making book 2 Torment into a movie also, and this time I hope it makes it to Canadian theaters. Enjoy watching if you haven’t seen it already. 🙂

Otherwise I just watched Fallen for no reason other than to get my hopes up. I read all the books in 3 days and was excited to finally see the movie. Which I had no idea about until now.   246. Honestly I don’t see it happening. I’ve been on this posting for months now and nothing new has popped up Suggesting the torment movie. It’s going to be 2020 before we know it! I can understand marvel movies taking 4 yrs to come out because they’re big motion picture movies but fallen isn’t in the same league so why is it taking them soooooo long. They must not have the funding$$$

  247. I’ve been searching everywhere for when the Torment movie will be released. All of the information I have seen is that it’s in production, but that was a few years ago and I can’t find anything current on it, nor can I find the movie anywhere. Was it released? I so desperately want to watch it!

  249. The movie was amazing but the ending left me wanting more. There has to be a second movie. I mean how could they end it that way ad leave no explanation, it just leaves you in a HUGE cliff hanger!! I need the 2nd moive plssss
